Nkosikhona Ndaba

DEFENDER

Born in Newcastle in KwaZulu-Natal, Nkosikhona Ndaba’s early football education came courtesy of a few amateur clubs in his hometown. This was before he made a step towards the big time in joining Richards Bay as they sought promotion to the top flight.

He was part of the first squad to represent the Natal Rich Boyz in the DStv Diski Challenge in the 2022/23 campaign and made his Premiership debut against provincial rivals Royal AM a season later. His solid displays at left-back earned him a move to the Soweto Giants following less than two seasons after first featuring in the top flight.

A lifelong Bucs fan, Ndaba lists Thabo Matlaba among his favourite players and regards being part of the Soweto Giants as a dream opportunity.
